TheRangBhoomi
Where Craft Meets Intention
At TheRangBhoomi, we work closely with timeless techniques such as Ajrakh, Bandhani and intricate handwork. Each saree is thoughtfully selected or created, with an emphasis on texture, depth and detail elements that reveal themselves slowly, over time.
We believe that true elegance lies in restraint. In the fall of a fabric. In the subtle irregularities of handcrafted work. In the quiet confidence of something made with intention.
Some pieces are ready to wear, while others are crafted on order, allowing space for care, precision and individuality.
TheRangBhoomi is not about fast fashion. It is about pieces that stay with you, evolve with you, and become a part of your story.
The Craft We Celebrate
Ajrakh — A centuries-old tradition of block printing from Kutch and Sindh. Every Ajrakh saree is printed by hand, washed in natural dyes, and sun-dried on open grounds. The geometry is precise. The process, meditative.
Bandhani — The ancient art of tie-dye, where thousands of tiny knots are tied by hand before dyeing. The result is a constellation of dots and patterns that no machine can replicate.
Handwork — Embroidery, mirror work, and surface embellishment done entirely by hand. Slow, intentional, irreplaceable.
Our Philosophy
We believe in slow fashion — in choosing fewer, better things. A TheRangBhoomi saree is not a trend. It is an heirloom in the making.
We keep our collections small and our relationships with artisans close. Every piece is made with care, and every purchase supports a living craft tradition.
Customisation
We understand that a saree is personal. That is why we offer customisation — stitching, colour preferences, and styling guidance — so that your saree feels entirely your own.
Reach out to us on WhatsApp and we will guide you through the process.
